Humans.team is looking for an agency to produce its summer 2026 series of events. The concepts are ready. What's missing is people to bring them to life.

My name is Serge. For fifteen years I've been studying what makes a human happy — I distilled it into five books and a platform called Humans.team. The platform is technically ready. It already has 500 open spots for its Founders. On May 5, it begins to exist publicly, from Ibiza.

The project doesn't replace the work of coaches, therapists, practitioners. It gives them what was missing: an environment where the work holds. Most approaches work on the fish — Humans.team cleans the water around it. Your audiences benefit, and so do you if you step in yourself.

I'm writing because from here on, I can't carry this alone. The concepts are there. The story is set. The product works. What's missing is people who can bring them to life — find partners, find venues, drive the communication, and watch over profitability.

That's your craft, not mine. So I'm writing to see if we could imagine a summer together.

What we expect from you

Mission 1

Find the partners

Brands, media, venues, local sponsors, creators, wellness practitioners who want their name on a healthy project. You know where they are.

Mission 2

Find the venues

Beaches, terraces, fincas, gardens, retreats — across the Mediterranean and beyond. Ibiza is the prototype. The rest is open. We want places that let people breathe.

Mission 3

Drive the communication

Press, social, creators, mailings, local partnerships. Without breaking the tone — sober, transparent, no bullshit. You orchestrate what the platform already does well.

Mission 4

Watch over profitability

Each stop must hold economically. Experience pricing, paid sponsors, tight budget, conversion to Awakening Pack. Beautiful AND profitable — one without the other isn’t viable.

Ibiza · The Return (May 5 — 21, 2026) is already set. It’s the prototype. June, July, August, September events remain to be imagined together — each stop becomes its own campaign.

Defined together for each stop. Event production, partner sourcing, venue sourcing, communication. You bill what it’s worth.

On every Awakening Pack signup your code brings: $400 for you, $100 for the platform. Stripe Connect, automatic payout.

Freedom
Zero chain

No exclusivity. No minimum quota. No fixed term. You stay free with your other clients. All written in public Terms.

"The Passage" option — if the agency brings 3 Awakening Pack sales, it becomes an Awakening member itself without paying the $500 and gets its own mini-site humans.team/{agency-name}. Opt-in. Documented in Terms article 11bis.
