You guide two people to the Awakening Pack. At your third, your status opens — you earn 80% like any other seller, for life. No signature, no contract, no individual deadline, no penalty if you don't get there.
Sale 1 — the commission goes to the person who introduced you to Humans.team. As if you had paid cash.
Sale 2 — everything goes to Humans.team. The passage opens.
Sale 3 — 80% for you. Your status is activated, for life.
How it unfolds — the monthly rite
The Passage follows a collective rhythm, not an individual clock. Each month a new cohort opens — a group of humans choosing to attempt together.
Day 1 → 7 of the month · registration
During the first week, you can join the month's cohort. You choose your code, you accept the frame. No obligation beyond — just the personal commitment to try.
Day 8 → end of next month · the encounters
Seven to eight weeks to meet three humans you genuinely want to introduce to Humans.team. Not cold marketing — conversations that mean something because you know the person.
Day 5 of month M+2 · the live gathering
Each cohort closes with a monthly live gathering. We celebrate those who crossed the threshold, we welcome the cohort starting, we discuss what happened. Live Q&A at the end.
If you don't get there · you can try again
Like a driving test you retake, you can re-register for the next cohort. You start from zero — no carry-over. No right removed, your Community access stays intact.
The journey
What follows is not a checklist. It's what naturally happens when a human attempts the rite. You embody it your way.
· You prepare your angle
Who you are, what touched you about Humans.team, why you find it precious for the humans you know. Not a pitch — your truth, as you'd tell a friend.
· You choose three people
Not anyone. Three humans you see passing through your life, who you sense could take care of themselves differently, who you'd be glad to offer what you yourself received.
· You tell
Not a sales pitch. What happened for you. Your experience, your path, what you understood from it. If the person hears, they hear. If not, that's also an answer — received with respect.
What you receive
- ·Human recognition — at each cohort closing, nominal mention at the monthly live gathering for those who crossed the threshold.
- ·Three symbolic badges — one per threshold crossed (first encounter, second, accomplishment). Visible on your profile and mini-site once Awakening activated.
- ·Awakening tier, for life — at the third validated encounter, your status activates. Mini-site, business tools, 80% commission on all your future sales.
- ·"Awakening by merit" status — distinct from cash buyers. Your journey is engraved in your story — you came through the rite, not through cash.
If you don't get there
It's a real question, we hear it. If you don't validate any encounter, you keep what you've learned, you keep your Community access, and you can set the Passage aside owing nothing. No one is harmed. Not Humans.team — we bet on you, that's our choice. Not you — you've advanced nothing.
