The context

humans.team just launched. Summer 2026 is starting in Ibiza. I'm spending the next few months meeting people, filming videos, publishing, and telling the project story to everyone.

What I don't have time for: fixing bugs reported by members, shipping small roadmap features, monitoring production, keeping CI green, maintaining documentation.

But I'm not just looking for a pair of hands.

I'm looking for someone whose code is their passion — who already lives it as a form of self-care, who finds themselves in it, who draws energy from it. And who wants to (or already does) share it on video with their community. Because that's exactly what humans.team offers everyone: take care of yourself with what makes you feel good, then share it, and turn it into income if that calls to you.

So when I find someone who embodies that in their field, I invite them to do it with humans.team — aligned with the project, on their own passion, in their own style.

The role

Long-term collaboration, remote, ~10–20 h/week (flexible, can grow). Compensation to discuss — I prefer a clear monthly retainer over floating hourly rates; the priority is platform stability, not billable hours. The video aspect is part of the job, we'll talk about it together.

What you'll do on the code side

  • Fix bugs (Sentry + in-app member feedback)
  • Ship small product roadmap features
  • Monitor Vercel · Supabase · Sentry · n8n daily
  • Maintain Supabase migrations and internal documentation (CLAUDE.md + workflows)
  • Keep CI green (tsc · lint · Vitest · Playwright · Lighthouse)
  • Participate in security reviews (there are already 10+ audits in the repo — you'll read before writing)

What you'll do on the sharing side

  • You tell on video to your own community what you're building at humans.team. Bugs fixed, features shipped, technical behind-the-scenes, "I learned something" moments. Your channel, your format, your style, your voice.
  • You co-publish too, if you want and when the subject calls for it, on the humans.team channel (behind-the-scenes of a major feature, post-mortem of a public incident, demo of an internal tool).
  • Cadence is free — we align on what's healthy for you. Nothing is imposed frequency-wise. The desire matters more than the rhythm.

You don't sign an exclusivity clause. You keep your editorial line. humans.team is one of the terrains where you share your passion — not the only one.

What you won't do

  • Manage a team (there isn't one)
  • Handle marketing, clients, events (that's me)
  • Decide big refactors alone (we talk about it first)
  • Sell anything to anyone (nothing to "recruit", nothing to "refer" — it's code)

Stack you'll touch

  • Front: Next.js 16 (App Router + Turbopack) · React 19 · TypeScript strict · Tailwind v4
  • Back: Supabase (Postgres 16 · RLS · Edge Functions · service-role admin client)
  • Payments: Stripe (checkouts, webhooks, refunds, disputes)
  • Email + push: OneSignal (all channels)
  • Media: Bunny CDN (storage + purge API + ffmpeg for audio tagging)
  • Infra: Vercel (cdg1, Paris) · GitHub Actions · hosted n8n
  • Observability: Sentry · Umami v3
  • Tests: Vitest · Playwright

What I expect from you

  • Senior full-stack (5+ years), comfortable with Next.js App Router and Supabase/Postgres with RLS
  • You work daily with an AI code assistant. Claude Code preferably — it's my main tool, we'll collaborate on it. Non-negotiable.
  • Code is a real passion for you, not just a paycheck. You can feel it when people read or listen to you.
  • You're comfortable on camera or doing voice-overs. No need to be an influencer, no need to already have a large audience — but video shouldn't intimidate you. The desire matters more than mastery; it's learnable.
  • Comfortable French in writing (members write in FR, internal docs are FR+EN)
  • Easy EN reading, code and comments in EN
  • Autonomous, async-friendly, you ask questions when stakes are high, you don't impose, you propose
  • Security mindset (RLS, rate-limiting, sanitization)

What I'll particularly appreciate

  • You've already maintained an app in production, not just shipped an MVP then moved on
  • You already have a channel / feed / blog where you share dev content (even embryonic — the signal matters more than the size)
  • You understand why "3 duplicated lines" is sometimes better than premature abstraction
  • You can say "I don't know" and go dig rather than bluff

How to apply

Message me via humans.team messaging (you need to be a member — free signup).

In your message:

  1. 2–3 similar accomplishments (GitHub repos, projects in production, concrete links)
  2. How you use an AI code assistant daily — 1 concrete example
  3. If you already share dev content on video: link. If not: how you imagine doing it.
  4. What resonates with you about humans.team (no need to understand everything)

Thanks in advance.
