I Discover My Value and That of Humans.team

60-Day Programme — Day 5~3 min read
Je découvre ma valeur et celle de Humans.team
This week, my path took a crucial turn, and I feel this period as a genuine inner journey. I began to realize how much every detail matters in creating Humans.team, but also how essential it is to believe in myself and what I have to offer. The beginning of the week was marked by major technical advances. We deployed the public voting system for contests into production. I still remember the pressure we felt when the build failed due to a technical conflict. Yet, through our perseverance, we found a solution and deployed an interface that allows users to vote easily, even without signing up. I had often felt overwhelmed by similar challenges before, but this time, I understood that it wasn't just about coding. I was shaping an environment where people could engage and express themselves. This filled me with pride. As the days passed, I became aware that every small technical victory contributed to the value of our platform. On Thursday, we even improved the contest editor to support bilingual images, which reminded me of the importance of making our projects accessible. I had an illumination that our mission at Humans.team is not just to create features, but to open doors toward personal and collective fulfillment. However, this past weekend, during Easter celebrations, I faced a moment of doubt. I felt a slight melancholy, as it became clear to me that, despite everything, I often doubted my efforts. The people I meet don't seem to share the passion I feel for what we've created. This realization somewhat clouded my spirits. I had to remind myself that collective awakening takes time and that each individual moves at their own pace. I also realized that I sometimes lack contact with the real world. I was told that I needed to be more accessible, and this troubled me. As a systems analyst and programmer, I focus on creating a place, a healthy aquarium for personal development. Yet I must accept that the people essential to this aquarium cannot be forgotten. I need to step out of my bubble and reach out to them to share my vision. This realization was key to understanding that, even though I am a creator, each person who joins Humans.team adds a unique color to our collective spirit. As I begin this new week, as I write these words, I choose to keep faith in my mission. I realize that the value of Humans.team is not reduced to numbers or features, but to this community I call my "MyNewMe." Together we will forge a new space where everyone can discover and surpass themselves. I am determined to create connections, to share my passion and to open the door to those who are ready to join this adventure. With each step, I grow. My journey unfolds, and I am ready to open myself to others to show the uniqueness of what we have built together with Humans.team. May a new momentum carry me toward those who, like me, seek a truly vibrant and inspiring space. I feel that transformation is underway, both within and without.
