Nine days to turn a dream into reality

Today, I felt the rare sensation of seeing my efforts take shape. Day 9 of MyNewMe, and I decided to make the business model truly tangible for our members. I started by simplifying: reducing onboarding from 4 to 3 steps, fixing that redirect loop that was trapping new users. The small details that make the difference. But the real moment of grace? The customizable dashboard. When I implemented the drag & drop, I realized something: it's not just a technical feature. It's empowerment. Adding visual themes, QR codes to share your affiliate link — suddenly, every member feels like this space is truly theirs. Affiliate tracking was my challenge for the day. SHA-256 middleware to hash IPs in a GDPR-friendly way, real-time statistics API, dashboard with Sales/Visits tabs. Then the cascade of fixes: OneSignal blocked by Content Security Policy, messaging audit, SDK unblocking. At 11:45 PM, 20+ commits later, I understood why I launched Humans.team. When someone sees that their page received 47 visits today, they no longer see themselves as just a user. They become an ambassador. And that's magic.
