Three days, fifteen commits, one real payment

This invisible work is what makes a platform trustworthy. Then reality hit me. Next.js 16 middleware rebelled against the proxy. I had to rewrite everything. The Vercel cache refused to refresh. By 21h, finally stable. But the key moment? That first successful test payment on Stripe. Watching the money arrive, commissions calculate, user status update—it's magical. GDPR teaches me the balancing act: anonymize without losing aggregate statistics. I'm taking away one lesson: with a cutting-edge framework, you have to be ready to improvise.
