Twenty-One Days Toward the Living Platform

60-Day Programme — Day 21~2 min read
Vingt-et-un jours vers la plateforme vivante
Day 21. This is my last documented day on MyNewMe, and it's also the day Humans.team leaped a year forward. This morning, I deployed Umami, and suddenly, I see. From the start, I was operating blind—zero data on my visitors, zero visibility on where people drop off. Now I have a real-time dashboard: every click, every page, every traffic source. But most importantly, I have the complete sales funnel. I know where people disengage, how much they spend, who buys through which affiliate. The data stays with me, GDPR-compliant, no third parties. It's my house, my rules. I also cleaned up the lie. For weeks, I counted 5,860 affiliate clicks. Then I dug deeper: logged-in users, internal routes—it was inflated. I found the truth: 710 legitimate clicks. I'd rather have 710 real ones than 6,000 fake ones. AI moderation came next. Every blog article now passes through Claude as a security gate before publication—tone, relevance, imagery. 98% confidence in four seconds. Zero risk. And the homepage. It was at 52 points. I redesigned every section: H1 keyword-first, golden CTA above the fold, visible micro-guarantees, "This is for you if..." section to identify my ideal customer, social proof before pricing, FAQ schema. It's at 77 points now. No accident—that's craft. In 21 days, 98 work sessions, ~400 commits. From npm create next-app to a platform with a 60-day program, 14 activities, 366 thoughts, auto-generated and moderated blog, affiliate system, GDPR stats, 14 workflows, Product Hunt launch pending. The movement is launched. March 10th, it goes public.
