These Terms of Use (hereinafter "TOU") govern the use of the website https://humans.team (hereinafter "the Site") and the associated services offered by MyNewMe LLC (hereinafter "we", "our", or "the Company"). MyNewMe LLC is a limited liability company registered in the United States. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.

Humans.team is a community wellness platform. Our mission is to help every person take care of themselves, find happiness, and share their journey with a caring community. We provide digital tools for self-discovery, well-being, and authentic human connections. Members can create events, contests, and marketplace listings to bring the community together around shared values of well-being and mutual support.

3.1 Our platform offers a range of services including, but not limited to: Wellness Tools: • The 60-Day Programme: a guided personal discovery journey with daily reminders and content • Mon Nouveau Moi: daily activities for personal reprogramming (meditation, gratitude, affirmation, etc.) • Thought of the Day: 366 daily inspirational quotes • AI Journal: AI-assisted journaling with text-to-speech • E-books: access to founding books and resources Community Features: • Events: members can create, organize, and participate in events • Contests: members can create, manage, and participate in contests with voting and submissions • Marketplace (Listings): members can publish and browse community listings • Personal seller sites: members with the Awakening Pack can create a personal mini-site • Sharing system: members can share the platform and earn rewards 3.2 We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with reasonable notice when possible. 3.3 The platform is currently in its launch phase. As a new service, you may experience occasional interruptions, bugs, or temporary unavailability of certain features. We are committed to providing the best possible experience and work continuously to improve the reliability and quality of our services. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this period.

4.1 To access certain services, you will need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. 4.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. 4.3 At registration, you commit to representing only yourself on the platform. Each account must correspond to a single real person, and all information shared must be authentic. 4.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.

5.1 Our services are organized into three packs: • Community Pack (Free): participate in events, contests, and listings; Thought of the Day; community features; badges; e-books • Journey Pack ($100 USD): the complete 60-Day Programme; Mon Nouveau Moi; Vision Board; AI Journal; free creation of events, contests, and listings • Awakening Pack ($500 USD): everything in the Journey Pack, plus a personal seller site, personal URL (humans.team/your-name), and the sharing system with 80% rewards 5.2 A free 15-day trial is included with the paid packs, allowing you to experience the 60-Day Programme before committing. 5.3 Money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund within 15 days of your purchase, no questions asked, by contacting us at support@mynewme.net. 5.4 Prices are in US dollars and may be subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

6.1 Humans.team acts as a technology platform provider. We provide the technical infrastructure that allows members to create, publish, and manage events, contests, and marketplace listings. 6.2 Events, contests, and marketplace listings are created and managed under the sole responsibility of their respective creators (the organizing members). Humans.team is NOT the organizer of events, the sponsor of contests, nor the seller of marketplace listings. 6.3 Prices, dates, conditions, descriptions, and any other information displayed in events, contests, and marketplace listings are provided by their creators and are presented for informational purposes only. 6.4 Humans.team does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, quality, legality, or conformity of events, contests, marketplace listings, or any services or products offered by members. 6.5 Any transaction, interaction, or agreement between users takes place under their sole and entire responsibility. Humans.team is not a party to any such transaction. 6.6 Humans.team reserves the right to remove any content deemed non-compliant with these TOU or applicable law, without prior notice.

7.1 Members with a Journey Pack or Awakening Pack can create and publish events on the platform. The organizing member is solely responsible for: • The accuracy of event information (date, location, description, price) • The organization, execution, and management of the event • Compliance with local laws and regulations applicable to the event • Communication with participants 7.2 Humans.team facilitates the visibility of events on the platform but does not organize, co-organize, or supervise any event. 7.3 Humans.team assumes no responsibility in the event of cancellation, postponement, modification of conditions, pricing changes, or any incident related to an event created by a member. 7.4 Participation in events is at the participant's own risk. Humans.team is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from participation in an event.

8.1 Members with a Journey Pack or Awakening Pack can create and manage contests on the platform. The contest creator is solely responsible for: • Defining the rules, eligibility criteria, and judging methods • The legality of the contest in their jurisdiction • The delivery of any promised prizes 8.2 Humans.team provides the tools for contest management (submissions, voting, brackets, moderation) but does not sponsor, endorse, or administer any contest. 8.3 Prizes: any prizes promised in a contest (monetary or otherwise) are offered and delivered exclusively by the contest creator. Humans.team does not manage, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the delivery or value of any prize. In case of dispute regarding a prize, the matter must be resolved directly between the contest creator and the participants. 8.4 Content submitted to contests (photos, videos, texts, audio) remains the intellectual property of the submitting participant. By submitting content, the participant grants the contest creator and Humans.team a non-exclusive license to display the content on the platform for the duration and purposes of the contest. 8.5 Humans.team reserves the right to moderate and remove any submitted content that violates these TOU, applicable law, or community standards.

9.1 Members with a Journey Pack or Awakening Pack can publish listings (products, services, or offers) on the marketplace. The listing creator is solely responsible for: • The accuracy and legality of the listing content • The price, conditions, and availability of the listed product or service • Any transaction, delivery, or after-sale service 9.2 Prices displayed on marketplace listings are set by the listing creators and are for informational purposes only. Humans.team does not set, validate, or guarantee these prices. 9.3 Humans.team does not act as an intermediary, broker, or escrow service for marketplace transactions. Any agreement between a buyer and a seller is exclusively between those parties. 9.4 Humans.team reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these TOU, applicable law, or community standards, without prior notice.

10.1 Users may create and publish content on the platform, including but not limited to: journal articles, blog posts, photos, videos, contest entries, event descriptions, and marketplace listings. 10.2 You retain your intellectual property rights over your content. By publishing content on the platform, you grant Humans.team a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform and associated services (including seller sites, public pages, and social sharing features). 10.3 You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You must not publish content that is: • Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading • Defamatory, abusive, or harassing • Infringing on third-party intellectual property rights • Pornographic, violent, or hateful • Promoting harmful activities or substances 10.4 Humans.team reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Moderation may be performed by automated systems or human review. 10.5 You may request the deletion of your content at any time by contacting us or using the available platform features.

11.1 Members with the Awakening Pack benefit from the sharing system: when someone purchases a pack through your personal link, 80% of the purchase price goes to you. 11.2 Rewards are payable once the minimum threshold is reached, through the available legal means (Stripe Connect or equivalent). 11.3 This is a single-level system: you are rewarded only for direct sales made through your personal link. There are no hierarchical levels, no upline/downline structure, and no mandatory recruitment. 11.4 The sharing system is a product sales program, not a recruitment program. You share a product; you do not recruit people. 11.5 We reserve the right to modify the terms of the sharing system at any time, with reasonable notice. Changes do not affect rewards already earned.

12.1 You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of third parties, restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by any third party. 12.2 You are specifically prohibited from: • Using the Site to promote or link to sites prohibited by law, pornographic sites, political sites, or any content we deem inappropriate • Publishing spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or repetitive content • Publishing false, misleading, or fraudulent events, contests, or marketplace listings • Manipulating contest votes through fake accounts, bots, or any artificial means • Impersonating another person or entity • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or platform systems 12.3 We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Site and to take action we deem appropriate if we believe that your use violates these TOU.

13.1 All content on the Site created by Humans.team, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of MyNewMe LLC or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. 13.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material created by Humans.team unless expressly permitted in writing by MyNewMe LLC. 13.3 User-generated content remains the property of its creator, subject to the license granted in Section 10.

14.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these TOU. 14.2 By using our Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. 14.3 We only use essential cookies for non-member visitors to the Site. 14.4 As soon as a member unsubscribes, their data is anonymized.

15.1 The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyNewMe LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use our Site or services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site, including but not limited to events, contests, marketplace listings, and any other content published by members; (c) any content obtained from the Site; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; (e) any event, contest, or marketplace listing created by a member, including the accuracy of information, delivery of prizes, or quality of goods or services; (f) any transaction or interaction between users of the platform. 15.2 Humans.team is not responsible for: • The content, quality, safety, or legality of events, contests, or marketplace listings created by members • The ability of event organizers to deliver their events as described • The ability of contest creators to deliver promised prizes • The accuracy of prices, dates, or conditions displayed in member-created content • Any dispute between users arising from events, contests, or marketplace transactions 15.3 Our total liability for any claim under these TOU is strictly limited to the amount you paid, if any, to use our platform services (Pack purchase price).

16.1 We reserve the right to change these TOU at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. 16.2 Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 16.3 We will notify you of material changes by email or when you next visit the Site. It is your responsibility to review these TOU regularly to keep yourself informed of any changes.

17.1 You are free to terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by contacting us or using the account deletion features available on the Site. 17.2 Upon account termination, all events, contests, and marketplace listings associated with your account will be deactivated. Active contests with ongoing participants may be kept visible in a read-only state until their scheduled end date. 17.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our Site, at any time, without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe that you have violated these TOU.

18.1 Governing Law: These TOU shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. 18.2 Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these TOU shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of New Mexico, United States. 18.3 GDPR Compliance: Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where our users are located, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Union. 18.4 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we will endeavor to resolve it amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, we offer a free mediation service through our Site. 18.5 Severability: If any provision of these TOU is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 18.6 Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these TOU will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 18.7 Entire Agreement: These TOU constitute the entire agreement between you and MyNewMe LLC regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements.
